Cheche Technology among “Top-25 InsurTechs in Asia” by Asia Insurance Review

In collaboration with Willis Towers Watson and CB Insights, Asia Insurance Review listed the top-25 InsurTech firms in Asia. China and India dominate the selection due to their rapidly-growing insurance markets and have attracted 78% of InsurTech investments in the region combined. Indian InsurTechs PolicyBazzar, Acko Insurance and Digit Insurance have grown to industry unicorns through increase in insurance awareness and penetration in the last few years. On the other hand, through diversified products, innovative sales and distribution, technology collaborations and ecosystem expansion, China has seen a lot of progress in insurance innovation. Cheche Technology is a proud leader in this sector. According to S&P Global Market Intelligence, there are currently over 355 InsurTechs operating in APAC.

Cheche Technology is a digital insurance distribution and services platform in China. Building on auto insurance transactions, the company has expanded to provide other P&C and L&H products, green auto insurance, smart pricing/underwriting systems and digital supply chain management. As more and more insurers become enthusiastic to accelerate and embrace digitization, InsurTechs fully welcome these collaboration and enablement opportunities. It is expectable that such alliances will expand both in number and scope in the next few years.
